| Job Objective: |
|
To scan environment for new opportunities and markets, identify opportunities in existing & new markets by evaluating risks, formulate action plans, implement and monitor their effective deployment and to continuously strive for achievement of stretch targets.
To provide a key sales & marketing support to the existing sales & distribution team in identifying market growth opportunities, managing, assisting and supervising channel partners. |

| Responsibilities & Accountability: |
|
Manage, assist and support sales executives to achieve budgeted & stretch sales targets for each product line.
Provide inputs to management by developing & executing go-to-market sales and marketing growth strategies for each product line.
To take new initiatives and timely actions to further strengthen the sales and distribution network of the organization.
To strategize and push demand generation through sales executive team(s), also grow business in all key accounts through cultivating personal contacts with key users, influencers, KOLs.
Ensure price control & implementation and strive for price stability at all levels.
Provide inputs and help establish effective sales forecasting system for each product line; draw up implementation and action plans and monitor progress of initiatives taken / actions deployed.
Develop, support and activate appropriate awareness activities / campaigns (e.g. in-service workshops, user training, Product launch, CMEs etc).
Ensure effective and fastest time to market available & new products.
Strategize & manage product launches, pricing and performance.
Develop, implement and supervise an effective customer relationship/ support model/ framework.
Develop & execute distribution strategies and a framework for appointment and management of distributors
Constantly monitor & report market dynamics to proactively counter changes in customer behaviors and competitors actions/ activities.
Effectively develop & manage Resmed education, promotion, PR and brand building programs.
Monitor and report on activities of sales executives (e.g. ensure orders are delivered on time etc); ensure timely reporting of sales figures, target & stretch target achievements and other related MIS (e.g. inventory sales orders, customer database, must-call list status etc)
Monitor adherence to ResMeds commercial and ethical guidelines and report discrepancies, if any.
Responsible for tracking of customer feedbacks on product quality and escalating product or other related issues.
Constantly review current business performance and other metrics, report on deviations / discrepancies, if any. |
