Job Objective:
To scan the environment for new areas of all the products’ application, new users and monitor the environment for new developments in the products and their markets. To provide training and support to the doctors and channel partners in all aspects of the products’ life cycle.
Responsibilities & Accountability:
• Develop and cultivate personal contacts with Key Users and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across India.
• Provide training, refresher courses to doctors and channel partners on ResMed products’ usage, optimization and all related clinical aspects.
• Tie up with research institutes in India for the products’ trials and data collection on SDB and its prevalence data in diabetes and cardiology etc.
• Answer all queries related to clinical application of ResMed products.
• Provide relevant clinical updates and information relating to all the products to the management.
• Coordinate with leading authors to add write ups / chapters on sleep apnea management in Indian medical books.
• Identify new markets for the products in terms of application & users etc.
• Provide inputs to management to improve the products’ application, performance etc.
• Presentation and delivering speeches / lectures in events and conferences for the products.
• Tie-up with leading doctors for clinical trials of ResMed products.
• Organize PR activities with KOLs to raise awareness and to educate the society about SDB / sleep apnea and the benefits of using the products.
• Provide regular update on competitive information and analysis and information on upcoming events.
• Provide regular update on product launches, new developments, publication, papers etc and give input to the management.
• Provide input to management on new developments in the market regarding clinical application, new products development etc.
• Get clinical specification from major hospitals for the purpose of tendering.
• Arrange clinical demonstrations of the products.
• Constantly monitor & report market dynamics to proactively counter changes in customer behaviors and competitors’ actions/ activities and update the management.
• Monitor and report on activities of channel partners, ensure timely reporting of sales figures, target & stretch target achievements and other related MIS.
• Responsible for tracking of customer feedbacks on product quality and escalating product or other related issues.
